PLEASE NOTE: if you’re currently renting or have a service agreement in place, you’ll likely need to formally cancel with your existing provider. Most contracts require 30 days’ notice, but this can vary depending on your terms.

    RENTING

    We can have your new water cooler delivered and installed within a maximum of 5 working days (sooner on request).

    If you’re in a contract with your current water cooler provider, you may need to check the notice period and cancellation terms. If you’re in hurry to switch and cant wait until your contract ends, you may have to pay your current provider an early exit fee.

    We can certainly help you understand your cancellation terms with your current provider and coordinate your new installation date with us to line up with your contract end. Unfortunately we cannot cancel your contract with your current provider for you.

    We offer a range of modern and hygienic water coolers, boilers, hot taps and fountains. All provide a good choice of water dispensing options. Simply head over to our online shop and choose the machine you would like. Alternatively, we are always happy to give advice on the water cooler that would best suit your business needs.

    CHOOSE A WATER COOLER

    Your current provider should confirm what happens to your current water cooler. If they cannot collect your machine for some reason then we are happy to remove the machine for you. This may incur a small fee for us to do so, but we’ll confirm everything beforehand.
