What’s Included in Our Water Cooler Servicing?
Our trained engineers visit twice a year to carry out a complete service. Here’s what you get:
2 Visits Per Year
One of the Active Water Coolers engineers will visit your business every 6 months to service and maintain your machine.
Filter Change
It is essential to change the filter to your water cooler every 6 months. Cost of filter and installation is included in your servicing Plan.
Full Sanitisation
Your servicing plan includes full sanitisation of your machine.
Full Exterior Clean
It is incredibly important to keep your machine clean! Our engineer will give your water cooler a full Active Water Coolers clean.
Annual Hot Tank Descale
The build up of limescale in your water boiler can cause internal damage over time and reduce the quality of your water. Your engineer will fully descale your boilers tank as part of your service plan.
