WATER COOLER SERVICING PLANS
We highly recommend that your water cooler is maintained at least twice a year to ensure longevity of your machine. We understand how busy businesses can be so taking advantage of our servicing plans is a cost effective and time saving approach to keeping your workforce hydrated with clean, filtered water.
Whats Included in the Servicing Plan?
When you sign up for a servicing plan you will benefit from a full service of your water cooler every 6 months. Your servicing plan may differ slightly depending on whether you have opted for a hot or cold water cooler or boiler. Please view the pricing tables below for clarification of what exactly a service will involve for your specific machine.
2 Visits Per Year
One of the Active Water Coolers engineers will visit your business every 6 months to service and maintain your machine.
Filter Change
It is essential to change the filter to your water cooler every 6 months. Cost of filter and installation is included in your servicing Plan.
Full Sanitisation
Your servicing plan includes full sanitisation of your machine.
Full Exterior Clean
It is incredibly important to keep your machine clean! Our engineer will give your water cooler a full Active Water Coolers clean.
Annual Hot Tank Descale
The build up of limescale in your water boiler can cause internal damage over time and reduce the quality of your water. Your engineer will fully descale your boilers tank as part of your service plan.

Our 3 main servicing plans are below. You can choose a service plan when purchasing a water cooler from our online shop or feel free to choose from your chosen category below and use the BOOK NOW button to make payment. We will then be in touch to arrange your first Active Water Coolers service.
Alternatively, when renting any of our machines you will benefit from FREE servicing. Renting is incredibly easy and starts from only £160 ex. vat per year!
